FAQ’S
Do you offer trade discounts?
Sure do! Reach out and we can set up a trade account
Do you do custom?
We have various customization options for pieces. We also do commissions / custom work if we feel it’s the right fit and have full design control. We do not replicate other designers work.

Do you ship?
We do! We work with industry leading domestic & international shipping and freight partners. We offer white glove shipping along with local delivery to the Tri-State area.
Payment?
We accept checks, cash, Zelle, first borns & all major credit cards. ( credit cards subject to a 3% fee)
To start the project we require a 60% non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance before the piece ships. All slab projects require a 70% non-refundable deposit. Our deposits are non-refundable just like the sone, wood or metal that we’re cutting.
How are your lead times?
Not bad! Every piece is different but they generally are 6-8 weeks, some items are available within 4. In a pinch or a rush? We can rush items but they’re subject to a 20% up-charge.
Where can I see your work?
We currently have a variety of pieces on display in New York City at FAIR and Love House. Do you have a showroom in another metropolitan city? We’d love to talk.
What is your warranty / return policy?
We stand behind our work and strive to send you something even better than you were expecting. We build our work to last for generations and beyond. Like any business, we have made mistakes but we stand behind the product we create and have always done right by our clients. We practice the best finishing techniques with top of the line products - but nothing we make is indestructible. If you damage the piece after it has been delivered, we do not cover the repair or offer a refund.
We do not offer refunds for a project if you change your mind mid-production or you’ve decided you don’t want the piece any longer.
I want my finish to last, how do I care for it?
We send a note with each piece with care instructions to keep it like new for generations.
